front axle ladder bars

just wondering if anybody has pics or info on ladder bars?
last 4 times i ran my i blew the front or rear shafts,and
the last time i ended up smokin both pinion yokes so i have
new spicer yokes, joints, and straps and i don't want to
smoke those.i want to do it right the first time.

i put full adjustable ladder bars on my truck and all  i do is tighten them up when i know im going to be hard on it works well  i still have small yokes    on the front i went from front side of axle

any body got any pics? my main concern is how do i measure
for my pivot point so i'm not binding my bars when my suspension
compreses.all ideas welcome
