92 s10 blazer tranny problem

i have a 92 chevy s10 blazer, the tranny doesnt like to shift right, it does shift jsut really late, revs up to much,  what could the problem be, there was water in the tranny from a mounds trip,

sounds like a servo is sticking. Water in trany is bad I have ruined a couple that way they seem ok after fluid is changed then they just quit good luck
