t-150 3 speed trans pops out of 1st and 3rd. what should i check? and what could be wrong?

ide think the sycros are gone outta it. or pull off the top cover if it has one and see if the shifting fork is bent or worn down too bad. thats about as much as i can help. have a good one

ok .. i dont remember but do the forks have a layer of nylon or plastic over them? man its pissing me off ... the rearend is leaking the timeing is of and now this .. all in one day....damn
