Sinus Headaches!

How do you treat it? What do you take?

I woke up at 2:30 am with a good one,
been dealing with it everysince, I can't wait to see it go!

i get them all the time. i have tried a lot of things. hot shower. hot and cold washcloth. i take advil cold and sinus that seems to work. i have also taken a nap and that gets rid of them most of the time. i get them from dust and stuff like that. i know when the mounds is dry i get them alot. i know they suck i get them so bad i will vomit.

mine wer caused from a lack of good drainage the cure was a nose reaming out of the nose cartalige know don'tget them anymore very pain ful healing

as a nurse i would suggest claritan  and sudafed take at same time should take away the pressure

yeah, i get them. not as much as i used to.. but i do get them a lot.

have them all the time. i dont have the sinus things above the eyebrows so i have bad drainage. i take really hot long showers and 800 to 1200 mg of ibuprofen.

1/2 a bottle of Nyquil + some medical  and call me in the morning

i get them all the time the dr gives me vicodin for them

I've heard mucinex sinus works but haven't tried it yet.
