Need weldong done

I need my Frame repaired on my Jeep wrangler. I have a rust issue in the back. I bought a repair kit for it I just need someone to weld it in place. (See link below). With the gearing of my Jeep I really don't like to drive on the express way. I don't have a trailer. I'm trying to find someone that is within an 45 minute ride from Clinton township 48035.  I would be willing to pay extra for gas if someone wants to do it that can pick it up with a trailer. Below is picture of my frame and the repair kit I bought. Also a link to the thread where it shows the kit installed.

not sure how far Clinton township  is from saginaw but i have a trailer and i can weld i did some work for squirle and supper trucker on here and they were happy if you  would like to ask them
