i have a 203 still in my truck, we put a part time kit in it and put lockouts on the front, i will say that the 2 low in addition to the 4 low is nice, but the total gear reduction you get with the 203 SUCKS i have a 208 that i been planning to swap out, but haven't gotten to yet... to make a long story shorter, the axle swap i did (went form 3.08 to 4.10) still gave me less total gearing than if i woulda left my old axles in and just changed teh case... they work and do their job... but that's about all i'll say for teh 203s...
