prob the door is stuck  cuz it has this rubber ring on it and it sometimes turns to a sticky mess and itll stick to the side of box  and break the door on the motor ya might hold ya hand on the motor and feel if it is moving or watch for the in part of the motor to turn if it doesnt it prob stuck i just did one in a 97 tahoe and thats what it was pain in the ass job whole dash had to come out and the dash brace .

x2 It sounds like the door if both hoses are gettin good and hot. Check vacuum lines if it uses that. Can you work upside down for like all day? loll Use the online library we have on here to get the procedure for doin that so u dont do anymore than necessary, dashes can be real tricky on these later models. For an example, ever put a heater core in a early 80's mustang/capri? Wow.

'the DON'

and the winner is terspr250. i pulled off both hoses blew water and air in them now i got heat thanks everyone

jus seen this lol, might want to flush the whole system, they are known to plug up, you unplug them then a week or two later they will plug back up again.
I never have to worry about it because them heater cores dont like over 5000rpm mine always get a hole blown in them ==roll
