dana 44 front dana 60 rear axle swapp in a 88 yj

 I broke the pinion in my jeep and found these hd axles for dirt cheap the front i think is out of a van but the rear is out of a truck. i have read about changing the 12" drums to something smaller to fit 15"  rims, and i have seen the kits to convert to disc brakes, i just want some opinions on what i should do with the brakes and how i should mount them. I have a six inch suspension lift now i want to 86 that and go with a spring over. Any help would be much appreciated talk slow im new to the 4x4 puzzle game lol.

the front is disc the rear is drum thinking about disc brakes on rear
