It's that time already? - Seasonal Flu shots

Once again, my work is being very gracious in providing Seasonal Flu shots to its employees. Question is should I get one. I skipped it last year. Do you ever get one?

it's better to let your body do it's thing naturally so your immune system grows on it's own instead of being dependent on medical intervention i always figure

I've never had one, I do get the flu every so often, but it rarely lasts longer than 24 hours for me...

I dont really get sick to often, but since the military i was forced to get shots so i always get em....

Im affriad that they might have a bad batch, and we'll all start walking around like Zombie's

got mine 2 weeks ago...when i get the shot, I usually don't get the flu...otherwise i usually do.  its not fool proof.  they give them at work for free so i get one.
