weld in centers

looking for some advice with cutting and welding in centers for my tractor rims, ive got 4 rims, two are a normal thickness center, and two are really thick, about 3/4 inch whats the easiest way to get everything true and straight, maybe make a jig? or if anyone wants to give me a price to cut and weld mine

well i have a welder, torches, and plasma cutter, ive never welded in centers before and dont have much time to mess with them, and kinda want them done..lol

Your weld in center should lay flat inside the rim just cut out the tractor bolt holes and center your weld in center in the rim. dimount the tires before you weld on the rim. I could help you but it will be a couple weeks if your not in a hurry. Just let me know

yeah im not in too big of a hurry as of yesturday, i rolled my truck out bogging!!!
