8 lug ford bolt pattern ???

soo in what year did FORD change there bolt pattern width on the lug  spacing  i know a chevy wont fit a ford and so on   the reason i ask is i bought a set of ford dually rims /tires thinking i would try to save my company some money  and they dont fit  so know im stuck with 8 16.5 tires that wont workon this truck or anything i own at the moment

98 and up super duty has the 8x170mm

thanks   and im probbly not gunna find a 16.5 rim with that pattern  so i guess ill have to try and sell em and get my money        i guess ill be gettin some new tires either way  soo
