I just got done doing a swap into my brothers s-10,

the header on the passenger side is touching the floor pan where it bends up into the firewall, and burning stuff up lol, my question is did you have this problem?? if you did, how did you fix it?

I think I have no choice but to cut and weld a hump over it, do you think that would work??  thanks

ya we just put a hole in the floor and i just welded a pach there and then sealed it looks fine when u put the flooring over it
