Need help setting up a rear end.

I need help fixing my truck and I have no clue how to set up a Ring and Pinion. I did two other time by the book and had them both fail on me.

I need it done ASAP and am willing to pay some one to come out and do it for me. Its a Semi Floating 14 Bolt. I have a brand new R&P, All new bearings and install kit. Just have no clue what to do to do it right and not have it go out on me again.
