I cant afford to buy the dvds but been doing it when I can  just go to youtube and search for it theres plenty of em on there. 

and worth it, it will definately whoop your ass lol and get you in shape  thats for sure

it works as long as you keep pushing play.....i did 2 months of it.......it really does work, its a huge commitment but worth it, just trying to get off my lazy ass and start pushing play again.....to many projects, to little time right now...thats my excuse =roll
