So I got a job in a factory in holly Wednesday last week was my first day, Well the guy that was training me got taken off the job 2 hours into the shift "your on your own" Well i made do.. i got like 800 bolts out. Next day i get put else where and end up 2500 bolts out, Friday i had a hard sort lots of mistakes in the bolts only got 1100 out..   Today i had a easyer sort and got out 3220 bolts, The lady i was working with got like 50 more then me......


I get home fall asleep and my phone wakes me up... Im fired for low production numbers..

Wheres my problem, I worked 4 days, Steady work with no number i was suppose to match, I never messed around never slowed down to talk...   I did not have any numbers to match, so how is my production low?

Got your bolts out??    What exactly did you do there? assemble.....or disasemble??

Sorry, i basicly checked for defects, wrong parts and boxed them up.. Hand sorting..  Everyone i worked around said and ill quote the one lady "i never seen a person run the thread tapper by them self there first day..
