Where do y'all run you elect fuel pumps? In cab, frame rail?
Here's the deal, I'm running the stock gas tank, I don't if I should mount the holly black on the frame or in the cab of my blazer bogger, I don't know if all the mud n water will hurt it?
Any input will help

it's not a matter of life and death if you can't but remember electric pumps push better than they pull ;)  so if possible use gravity as your friend.

My holley red wouldnt work till i put it level with the bottom of the tank

holley pumps r  gravity feed.(push)they r not to  pull fuel out of the tank or they will over heat and u will burn the pump up

they r not made to pull fuel out of the tank u will over heat pump

mine works fine  its a couple inches below the top of the tank if yer using the stock tank its got to draw the fuel out the top no matter where the pump is located  mine draws it from the top down a tube similar too a stock tank does  it makes some noise till the  fuel gets to it but dont get hot   i did have a issue with the  pump locking up doo to water gettin into the bottom bushing on the pump

Just don't put it IN the cab with you not a good idea to keep gas in the cab. I don't even keep the fuel pressure gauge in the cab.  Gas in the cab eliminates the reason for a firewall.

I have my black holly on the firewall under the hood. No problems, and it was used, came out if the boat. I just silicone the wires where they come out of the top to ensure nothing get in it. I do this with all my fuel pumps, and I actually notice a difference.
