seen them hold on big hp trucks but also seen them fail on big and little hp trucks. I just went bbc and I will be using a 2 joint shaft cause its less to break and I got nice angles!

what do you have to do to go to a 2 joint shaft?

I would keep what you have, build drive shaft loops on both ends, and run it, if it breaks worry about it then, you might break the shaft but at least it won't thrash everything when it goes
Fat chicks welcome IT'S A 2 1/2 TON!!

2 joint shaft is the only way to go

You can only go as far as your truck will take you

ive ran both in my truck with a bbc 350/241.  have also had a 208 in there before.   i broke one of the double cardan joints or whatever it is called but  mine was due for a rebuild and well i waited a lil to long to do it lol.   im running a 2 joint shaft right now because of my lift in my truck.  the double cardan joint would bind up if my front suspension were to drop (if i jumped the truck) and i havent had any problems with it.

Buy a 1410 yoke for your t-case, and get a shaft built. Spicer part number 3-4-10951-1

1.400in. 32 Spline
2.125in. Seal Diameter
2.00 Through Hole
3.688in Overall Length
Bolt And Strap Style U-Joint Retention.
There are plenty of sources out there that have them already for u-bolts if you dont have a milling machine available. Just google the part number.

I just built my 2 joint shaft today,
Just find a rear shaft with a slip in it, cut it down,
I went with 1350 joints
Dennysdriveshafts has the flange yoke to bolt to the t case
