Shoulder surgery!

I was just wondering if anyone else on here had shoulder surgery?  I had mine the other day. I had A torn rotator cuf, arthritis and some nerve repair done.  All said and done I ended up with 2 small plates and 6 screws in my shoulder. Don gave me some good advice on what to expect and what I should do. I would just like to know everyone else's experiences!

Ive had Impingement surgery on both shoulders.  3-5 months  recovery for mine.  But, rotater cuff is worse from what ive been told.  Therapy is definitely your friend here.  Dont go back to work til its all healed!  Go back too soon & you can cause more damage.  Good luck!
