swaping a 700r4 for a 4l60e

What would I have to do to put a 4l60e in there my 91 chevy? The 4l60e is a 95 and the guy says it has a cable on it.
Can I just put it in and switch the wiring plug for it. Or would I have to get the computer and wiring harness for it?
i dont have a mud bogging problem, i got it under control

95 does not have a cable.
hes looking at the cruise cable on the TBI.. LOL... late 1993 is when they got away from the detent cable and went to the 4L60E
