Anybody know boats?

The out drive stoped going up and down just clicks like a silionid and I changed them already I'm stumped

Inboard/outboard I'm assuming, sounds like the motor, jump the terminals on the motor after solenoid...see if it works, could be a short in wiring to motor from solenoid....if its clicking that's the solenoid working, so its good...also what engine and boat and year is it, I may have an extra motor laying around somewhere....

Or the worm drive on the out drive stopped out and is causing the clicking sound.. I've had it happen... parts are like 98 bux to fix and a couple hrs

or  maybe not enough juice in the battery?? check battery wire connections...?

Inboard , motor starts ant runs great its only the lower unit won't trim up or down plenty of juice

The out drive works great caus I can still drop the lower unit and hook up the hydro arms and run it all day
