jeep tj rim n tire question

So I ordered new tires and was told Ihave to run spacers to have them clear the spring buckets  I'll be running a 15x10 rim with 3.75 back space with a set of 33/12.5/15 mxts.. So my question is.. Is this true? Or will I clear without spacers?

My wheels have 4 inches of back spacing and i dont recall them being very close to anything. Just to be sure i will double check, but pretty sure you wont

i have spacers on mine,
