Unions - good or bad and why?

Bad but with good intentions.  I feel the automotive unions are responsible for the current mess the Michigan economy is in.  I remember in the 70's and 80's when the Unions would make incredable demands for wages and benifits and get them.  The workers back then were arrogant and demanding and felt they were  untouchable.  Due to the influx of foriegn competition (and quality) the American automotive industry was caught with it's pants down.  I personally don't feel that a person with a 9th grade education and no skills deserves to make 30+ dollars an hour.

 yes i think all pro players are over pair cry baby wieners. the sad thing our athleats that represent the usa in sports are left out to pay there own way and strugle with infirior equipment.

Yes, I am sure there are many women who could probably do a much better job as president compared to the last few we have had...but I dont think I would vote for Hillary...


and I also agree with Econo 100% on the union thing...unions served a purpose in thier time, but that time has long since passed...
