Havent really been to a bog, the only things I went to is the mounds and silver lake.

solid axle with leafs or coils, which would you prefer.

Depends on what you are doing with it bogging leaf springs are more stable but coil have more articulation.  myself I would prefer leaf spings cause you can get more lift with them cheaper than coil.
