Whats the easiest way to remove a "puck" from a full time axle?

I have a dana 60 with "pucks" instead of lockouts (love it they dont break ) but they do not have the threaded holes to assist in pulling them...whats the easiest way to get em out without destroying things?    i have to change the bearings and seals and whatnot

id say just a rubber or plastic mallet and knock them off......
