im running blocks..... ... i dont get why blocks are illegal... buses have blocks.....

show me they do

I have yet to inspect any Commercial vehicle that has any sort of block under the front axle

I'm not trying to start a pissing match but I have seen a few vehicles with short blocks in the front axles.  One that I can think of (if I rember right) is the newer Ford Super Duty 4x4.  I remember seeing them and being suprised that the factory had a block under the spring.

i just broke my packs open, left the main leaf on the truck and with a longer center bolt added 2 springs on each side. doesnt ride bad even with no front shocks.
gets ya 3-4 inches on the stock chevy spring pack

school buses at the campground had lift blocks, i know this cause one of em tryed fallin out when the u bolt snaped. My parts truck had custom leafs, maybe talk to betterbeaters? i think he might have done that to it. Looked like a old set of leafs put under another set, made it about 3'' lift i think.

i wont ever run blocks in the front, to much risk. I seem to land on the front end too much, prolly not a good idea with blocks.

dont want to end up like this... ==lmaoo

wait take the whole set of springs and just bolt em on with a new centering bolt?

i know thats not what caused it, that trucks 2wd, just sayin.. i dont want to end up like that lol. That was i belive the front bolt that goes threw the leaf, broke and the leaf folded under the truck... not for sure tho.
