Has anyone ever delt with these guys? i had to have my valve springs replaced a few months back and they did an awesome job, was done the next day. this time when i took my heads in, it hasnt been so good. i took my heads in to get the valve guide seals replaced last thursday, (10/09/08). they told me that they would be done first of the week. they were to replace the valve seals and check the rest of the heads to find out if they needed anything else. come to find out the valve guides were loose so we decided for them to neuralize them. they called me and we decided to have them neuralized monday, (10/13/08). last night i called them and they said they would be done at the end of the day. i was kinda pissed it took so long but i figured it would be alright, cause i still had 2 days to work on the truck to get it going for saturday. now here it is thursday (10/16/08) and they are saying the end of the day. now i talked to a lot of people that delt with these guys and they all say that they never had a problem with getting thier stuff in a happy amount of time. has anyone else had any problem with these guys?

thats not what it was about. it was about they told me one thing and didnt do what they said....however, ya, im happy now, especially since they explained things. the only thing im pissed about now is they should have explained the issue to me so i actually understood before, not just wait till i came to pick them up, i mean come on, i called 4 times a day for 4 days.....you cant byTch about the quality of their work though, its always amazing.

we use them at work all the time to turn are big 14" and 15" flywheels even the pot style...and they have never took to long...but like any type of work like that some time things just get backed up. then two days later your going home at 12:00 because you have nothing to do ha ha
