i wouldnt recommend doing this and im nto sure why im mentioning it  but if u wanna go cheap but its alot less safe put blocks in the front.  if its a muddin truck only and will never see the pavement  then it may be ok to put blocks in the front but i would not go over a 2 or 3inch block at the most.    got a buddy that put 2in blocks in the front of his truck to level the truck out a lil and he hasnt had any problems.

change front springs, rear flip will give ya about 5 1/2 in of lift and more artulation

so 12in front springs would be the thing to do with a rear flip and thanks for the helpfull input

thats your best option, not your only one..
with that amount of lift you will create new problems that will need to be addressed

ie..
driveline angles
latteral movement of axles
Breakage

good luck.
