1.6 ratio rockers on 4.3 liter?

Anyone ever done this mod on a OBDII? I know you can swap them from 1.5 to 1.6 rollor tip rockers on OBDI trucks but what does the computer think if ya do it on a OBDII vehical? If the computer would not self adjust for this mod could I just reflash it and tell the computer I am running a bigger cam?

the computer will self adjust due to the mass air flow sensor. all it will see is a little more air coming in an adjust accordingly. you can put even a mild cam in the 4.3's and the computer won't think twice about it
