15 yrs old tased and killed

Bay City police tased and killed a 15 yr old boy today.  The news said there were 3 officers present. The boy was under 6 foot tall and less than 150lbs. 

  I have worked many years of security, and have had to contain grown men until police arrived.  For 3 officers to tase a 15 yr old is way out of line in my book.

Just saw this on the news this morning. There was no reason they couldn't have physically detained him. I know what TASER's do and why they are used. This is not a situation that required it's use.

Just like the bean bag guns. Great new thing, oh it can kill some people,Hey I know lets try some electric shocking system till it kills someone. They might want to say freeze and do you have a heart  problem. And if our 15 year old called the cops and said my dad hit me the same cop that tazed that 15 yr old and killed him ,would take me to jail . It's not protect and serve anymore,it isseek and stalk. There are some good ones out ther yet just noy very many.

First... I do agree that the kid should not have been tazed.  But, I would like to know the entire story.



I would hate to be a cop now days.  One kind could have a bark worse then his bite... and the next might be packing and have no problem with blowing your head off.

I give the cops all the credit they deserve putting their life on the line.

Feel free to bash me if you want... I just want to know the whole story.

Under no CIRCUMSTANCES should any child be tazered .... thats bad judgement
15 yr old kid less than 150 lbs , 3 cops (all adults), one tazer gun & one DEATH
enough said IMO 3 adults cant handle a 15 yr old , A parent is not allowed to lay a hand on his kid when they screw up,
but Cops can send 10,000 volts in a kid or person for that matter....
maybe they should of shot him in his kneecap, at least he would still see 16

I still think it was a shame what happened... and it should not have.


But, I find it strange whenever there is a story like this and I ask for the entire story and people blow up at me.  I just like to know the whole story... from both sides of the fence.

wasnt aimed at anyone... i was stating facts... a boy & 3 men... just seems like tazerin the kid was overkill....
if it was my kid that was getting tazered, id be the one goin to jail.... whether he died or not... Id sue the Bay City Police Dept... bad judgement
