i say just build a new sbc from start, and keep runnin this motor that is in it until ya get the other motor all done, then just run this motor till it blows and then put the other motor in

Only problem is, Damn thing is so damn reliable and so few miles that it's gonna be a while before I'll wear it out and blow it! Prolly just look to build what I have.

take your time and wait for this one to go and little by little build a bad ass motor with a blue bottle

Yeah, really no reason to get rid of this one or build a new one ( other than more power!) and I'll probably just build a second one. Always wanted to build a 383...but we'll see.

I am pushing to get all 3 things done...axles, which I think I have a line on, 4 link and motor upgrade for spring. I think everything should fall into place.

Me too, cuz I plan on spending many weekends bogging and want to get out to a few on that side of town too. I have a better tow rig in my future too.

The nice part is that this will be the first real season where I'll have the funds to get it done. The past 5 years I've had to do a little at a time because I've had 2 kids in that span. Time to finish the bogger the way I intended.

What did you end up getting? I'd like to have mine in the next 2 weeks...at latest.

I got a chevy d60 front and I had a 14 bolt ff in the garage already.  4.10 gears, gonna go 5.13s tho prob by mid spring.
