gota be tender loins or backstraps on the grill..the ones where ya shoot the deer hang it up cut the back straps out and grill em right away....then take care of the deer after dinner...lol

Smoked Polish sausage on the grill with Open Pit BBQ sauce!    Put em on a bun with ketchup and onions! mmmm
