thanks for the comments!! it goes alright with the 66's nothing to brag about. it really needs a big block or maybe a 6.0 liter out of a newer truck. the motor will come someday right now just trying to get the steering bullet proof. every time i go out something goes wrong with the steering. bent the steering bar once and it keeps striping the bolt that goes into the orbital valve. lost a u-joint and part of a yoke at the tgw mud bog so i only got to run twice. i will have to get Wild Time on the steering problem! we will get it dialed in one of these days! any way big thanks to family and friends for helping this project along.

yea rides like a cadillac(with no suspension). these springs move about one inch is all. it was a cheap way to get it up in the air for now. would like to buy some kings or some tnt nitros for it but need to save up a little more cash. all in good time.

man thats a bad ass truck!!! I have seen it run a few time! it looks funny with the little tires~ but great job on the build!!! keep up the good work and hope top see ya in a mud hole again this year!

yea i have almost the same springs mine gave me 21 inches of lift they pretty much look like a u-bolt.. have you had any problem with it being tippy with the springs.. i am just trying to get an idea of what it is going to drive like...

the only time it ever felt tippy was at silver lake going a little sideways on a hill. those springs ride like hell!!! good thing is i don't have to drive it everyday its just a toy.

no not yet. i try to keep the towing to a minimum with the big tires on. i asked a few cops about it but they acted like they didn't know. so i'm assuming the dot are the ones that will get ya.
