thanks =) i found a 302 today from a 79 mustang gt with original miles of 55,000 complete just no intake for 275$ im going to rip into my engine 2 morrow and see whats up with it, if its something bad like scrapes on cylinder walls or fudged up pistons im getting the 302 and prolly replacing bearings and rings in that...

haha, hmm well got the 302 block cleaned and machined ordered up some .030 flat top pistons... and the trans is half in lol... i still need to find a t case to fit in the frame rails on a full size trans, ive been workin alot so little has been done but if the weasther would hurry up and get nice id be working on it alot more..

UPPPPPPDDDDDAAAAAATTTTTEEEEE ::: 302 sbf block machined painted ordered up forged crannk and rods have pistons as well got my NP205 T-case got my 5 spd trans and tomorrow i will have my 8.8 limited slip with 3.73 gears and disc brakes =D

if your runing stock 8.8 l/s you sould put new clutches in it if you rebuild it tight with a extra clutch on each side you will like it mine locks up like a spool when you get on it

im runing 3.73s but im gunna start the 5.0 swap this week what tcase are you gunna be useing for the full size tranny?

i modified the adapter from the mazda 5 speed from a full size f150 to fit the np205 ill throw a pic up on here tomorrow and no more like a driveway ornament lol its slowly comming together ( work gets the best of me these days)
