Badass man I thought my 1 tons were cool. Got any morepics on how you tied the cage into the floor?

KHP8ntballer

No i dont have any pics of that yet but i just drilled holes through and extended the tube directly to the frame and welded it.  Anyone know of a decent driveshaft place?  Headed to DNR Driveline today for an estimate.

buy the parts and do them yourself if you have access to a lathe. thats how we did mine and they worked  just fine.  nice build by the way!!! applaudd

Well DNR shot my idea down of using the loader flange and said that I would have to get some really built and expensive shafts to hold up but everything im told and read about the planetary gears claims they take much of the stress off the drivetrain. They also said they wouldnt have anything to make the angle work and insisted i needed a scs or profab case but its only about 20* so not too steep.   And yea i have access to a lathe so I may look into that.  Need to find a rockwell pinion flange and also a 1410 yoke with a rockwell flange pattern to get a driveshaft measurement.  anybody got any they wanna part with?  I'm hoping to run a 1350 cv off the tcase and a 1410 at the pinion with some thick tubing.  Strong enough?

hey, call me, i might have some ideas. by the way talk to neils truck parts, weller or valley. dnr is great for cars and light trucks, not so much for big trucks.
