thats awesome. my buddy did the swap in his chevy crew short bed non dullay. he has compounds and huge injectors, i think he used an adapter plate and ran the chevy trans. the truck is sick fast.

but you better turn the star wheel 2 turns, and fuel cam all the way on the big side.
advance your pump timing all the way, and itll help, is that a non inter cooled engine?
install a intercooler, and 4'' back to 5'' it sounds deap like a semi truck, and not blat like the other cummins guys.
mine got 2 second place wins stock sled pullen. Then i turned it that much, and it was a getrag
she was a good ol farm truck workin everyday, and never gave up. wish i could have tryed it turned up poor old girl just worked and then pull equipment all day sold her at 350,000 and she'will be a good truck for someone.
