Pickin up some new u bolts today, and 2 more bushings for my springs.  Then come sat were gonna give er hell

get somenew shackle bolts 2 so ya dont have to fight them off the bushing tube /spacer  good luck with it   wish i could come down and help  dont forget to post some  pics

My new shackles came with new bolts keven.  But thanks for the thought.  I ordered the hd greeseable shackles with my flip kit.

awesome  thats a good way to go we fought with sams   was a good thing i had some extra bushings on inventory lol

Got the frame reinforced and the shackle flip installed.  Rides real nice now. In fact, its the first upgrade the wife likes loll.  It rides way better and softer with the helper spring gone.  Thanx to sam, shawn and chris for all the help.  U guys rock!  Got Mud?

The next up grade you should do is shed the 100lbs of brake drums.

So after the shackle flip the axles now too far forward making the rear driveshaft too long, so I'm gonna use the offset in the 0 rate add a leaf to move the rear axle an inch back, that should fix the issue

Got the axle moved back an inch and shimmed 1.5* still have a slight vibration at crusing speed, but only when I let off the gas.  Gonna put my buddys angle finder on it and see if I can't fine tune it a bit.  Don't really want to get a cv shaft.
