tomato juice,tomato soup,ground chuck, onions & macaroni & rotini
for seasoning:garlic powder,onion powder,salt,pepper,
& when i put it in the bowl, i add some shreaded cheese & stir it up...
3 peices of whole grain bread (one with peanut butter)
