well i work for a hospital as a nurse and they have a inclement weather policy they give u up to 2 hours late after that u r considered absent and  can be disciplined which could be up to termination i only have a car so i am going to work tomorrow leaving a hour early and carrying extra clothes, boots water, full tank of gas in case i get stuck and have to ride it out maybe being a nerd but better safe than sorry HOW ABOUT YOUR WORK

Just got home from work.  We get a 2 hour call to get there...with little to no leniency at all.  A small folding shovel can be an amazing tool.  I dug out 2 cars on the way home and pulled an expedition out of a big snow bank.
