I say nay. Yes its a sweet looking truck but the v-8 s10 is WAY over done. Just like people putting s10 body's on 4x4 blazer/truck frames.  Few years back yeah it was cool to see these built but now there everywhere! But its your call.

Yeah I am going to pass on that, the reason why V8 S10's are over done though is they make a great drag racing platform. I am still looking at Vettes, I want an all around super car, 0-60, top speed, brakes, handling, ect.

That truck looks nice and I am sure I could make it go real fast in the 1/4 mile but that is all it would be good for.

i'm gonna have to go with nay, seen to many of that style grille on those trucks adn to many lowered like that and to many with 350's and 350 vortecs, i'd rather see a turbo 3.8 or 4.3 for a change

Oh we got a Bravada still work in progress that you wont see everyday, I was seriously thinking about spraying it or adding a Wynjammer supercharger on it next summer but that idea is on hold for now, it is pretty dam quick right now. The wife got a big fat chunk of change she inherited from her grandpa dying last year so now we both want something to replace my Trans Am I was forced to sell because of unexpected problems with our house, we both agree on a C4 Corvette and plan on LSX power with twin turbos or a STS turbo, have not got that far yet.

I was just surfing for a truck for me right now because I sold my Suburban and I ran across that S10, for $3500 it looks like a clean well built truck, might be something to have fun in for this summer, I am going to low ball him and see what happens, Going to offer him $2,000 and if I can get it for around $2500 I might seriously consider getting it but that would be dipping into Corvette project funds so it would be something I would need to sell before next summer, I don't want to be stuck with it come the time I need the money...that's my biggest issue.

If I can get it for $2500 and it has a strong motor in it and I spray that with a kit for under $500 and can pull high 12's to low 13's I don't think I would have a problem getting my money back next year, just take some teenage boy for a ride and he would be hook, line and sinker...lol

Looks clean and fun......who cares how over done they are???  S10 handle great when there lowered.  I had an 84 4 speed 2.8v6, and loved it....it suked in the snow.  It was lowered 4inches and I had 50 profile tires on it.  It handled awesome...would corner better then my 77vette.
