sounds like your fan taking to much of the battery power, but could also be a ground issue
i dont have a mud bogging problem, i got it under control

temp sensor and temp switch for fans... cheap and easy to do

Try unplugging the power wires to the fan and running a wire from the battery to see if it still acts up.  I wonder if the relay is drawing to much for some reason.  Seems meanial but if the cpu is reading the wrong voltage through the wiring it can cause it to do weird things.
This isn't your grandmas buick

sensors already changed whan i put the motor in i will try unplugging fans which i believe will make it stop. new relay?  when its on a scanner acting up the voltage fluctuates all over.

my car had problems similar to this, just not quite as bad, the voltage regulator in the new alternator was crap out of the box, you can have most car parts shops check it for you if you don't have a reader...
