Still time to setup food plots?

I'm going to my buddies property this weekend. I was wondering if you think there is still time to get some sort of seed to lay down to setup a food plot? I was thinking maybe going to TSC or Benards to see what they have?

I want to at least see a deer this year. His property is near Tawas.

i just planted some clover end of last week. should still have some time

i found that at this time of the year. the throw and grow works good. throw it out just before it rains and you should have nice little plot before opening day

My buddy who owns the land wants to wait a few more weeks to plant. We haven't planted before so I dunno. We will play it by ear. We want to do it this weekend but don't want to piss off the girlfriends.
