Ford Super Duty Axles??

that picture you have up is not dana70 it is ford sterling 10 1/2. ford has not used dana rear end sinces the 80's

if you want to look up my for sale add on that axle youlle see it is a sterling, i thought it was a 70 also but was corrected. the dually rearends were 70, srw were sterling/ford

Ford used Dana axles in commercial applications such as ambulances and utility trucks until the mid 90's. The Dana 70 in my rig is out of a 92 SRW E450. They stopped using them in standard production trucks and vans in 1991.

The Sterling 10.25 wasn't around very long before they redesigned them as a 10.5. It is a STRONG sumbitch too, and would certainly hold up to a 14 Bolt. For $200, you couldn't go wrong in this deal man.  ++peace
