bad vibration when i hit 40 plus

 97 e250 ford 1ton when it shafts in to drive or over drive at look 40 plus it start shacking bad as long as u r give it gas. but when  keep it at one speed it not so bad

check u-joints and also if there is a carrier bearing for drive shaft check that.
