thank god he's ok n really sucks about the truck............and if he's like me after I had my miss hap being pulled out he'll be gun shy for a long time n he'll flinch every time he gets pulled or pulls someone  out

u know thats true.. i flinch when i see trucks getting pulled out. let alone being in one thats getting pulled out. i know a guy that is still alive today because of a hi back raceing seat. if it wasnt for the seat he would b dead . hit right on the passenger side back window and hit the seat instead of his head.

I always put up the toolbox lid on the reject when I pulled or got pulled. I like pulling slow if possible. No need for that kind of run at it, let the strap do the work. If it won't get it, get a second strap and truck I make my kids get out too, unless I'm just a little high sided or something.

I've heard about an incident years ago out in the vassar area.  For anyone that knows or have heard of oak road ponds, where a fullsize blazer was stuck pretty good and the clevis had broke, flew threw the back window, and killed the female passenger instantly.  That's a bad day of wheelin!
actually an s10 pickup, and it was Dustin Wenta that was killed in his own vehicle.

Id like to see the end of the strap ill bet theres a clevis on it

Looks like just the weight of the wet strap and the inertia caused the damage, the front grill and hood is smashed from just the strap hitting it
Fat chicks welcome IT'S A 2 1/2 TON!!
