Has anyone put a leveling kit on a newer strut stlye front end? How does it affect the ride quality? Some say it doesn't and others say they ride like crap. Id like to hear it from someone who has actually done one

I have put a bunch of them on new Chevys and GMCs. There are two basic types. One is just a block that goes under the strut where it mounts to the control arm or a spacer that mounts on top of the strut between the frame mount and the strut mount, and the other is a Rancho quick lift style which is a complete assembly. Strut, spring, mount, the whole works. The block and spacer style definitely makes them ride just a little stiffer but its cheap. The Rancho Quick lift leveler rides like a dream. They are adjustable too. But the they cost quite a bit more. If it were my truck and i had the money, I would definitely get the Rancho Quick Lift. But that's just my 2 cents
Luv my truck but still wish it was a BOWTIE!!!!

Thanks. Ill prolly go with the cheap one...its cheap enough to where if I don't like it I can take it out and not be out a bunch of money
