chevy 400 to chevy 208tcase

what do i need to do  to make it work never done it befor always ran 700r4 and 208 but i am puting a spair parts truck together so thats why i am asking and do not have a 700r4 laying around

you need a new input shaft. and a new adapter plate. depending on what Tcase and trans it had befor. you also need a new crossmember.
