got this 8 second day of gun season. hunt a 100 acre cut corn field. put my neice in the shack and my gf kid in my treestand. i walked to the far side of the field where we dont see deer and figured
id just plop down and read my book. half hour later this dude walked out! hunters karma

thanks....my biggest with a gun. i hit it at 80 yards with my muzzle loader. cva optima, 100 grains of powder and 240 gr hollow point. he went down just over a little hill in the field. he was dead just didnt know it yet.

a minute later i see his head pop up. got out of my chair blind and started walking towards him. at 30 yards he stood up and took a step away from me and i hit him in the back of the head with my revolver.  5.5 inch colt single action army 38-40 with handloads

Took a shot at a 6er 2 days after opening day. nerves got to me and i jerked the gun when i pulled the trigger. it bummed me out but ill be praying for his return and his demise via me and my 50cal LOL

Got this 7 point with my bow on dec 23rd, was a nice treat to get before christmas. First deer ever with my bow (have killed a few with gun), 2 years of practicing and waiting patiently finally paid off!
