yeah I'm antsy as hell, I keep going over all the parts to make sure everything is there. I ordered more stuff today too! By the way, I was just in luther a 2 weeks ago.

So I decided just to use my nickname for the Truck, lame, I know. anyhow...4 more days until project start...since my last post I've gotten some brake parts, new diff fluid, and other odds and ends. And last but not least, the final parts came in today.

So we had a change in plans at work, so the project is not starting Saturday. It started tonight!

Intake is done, and we started tear down. lower ball joint is being a bit stubborn....

Spent 2 hours today running around looking for a part, got it worked out though. Front is stripped, , bracket is cut, under carriage is painted, diff is split, gears are in and setup, now I'm spending some time with the wife and my kids because my daughter won't be here on Easter. Later I just need to drill out a bolt and start putting everything back together

Friday we got a ton done, although there was a bit of a hangup getting some minor parts, a broken bolt, and other minute issues, all turned out well.

We got the front torn the rest of the way down. Then we pulled the front diff and split the case. once we got the new gears in we started setup. It only took 2 tries to get a nice pattern with proper backlash. We put the case back together and got the truck back together up until the lower control arms. We quit after the drivers side was in.

Saturday we had a good day too, we got the rest of the front together, turned the truck around, got the rear lift on and tore the axle down so we can do gears and finishing touches tomorrow.
