ive ran alot! lol cut hawgs worked good cut bogger worked best 2 boggers 2 tsl works great when I needed to turn iroks works good for  everything I did. if you dont drive on the road and that blower motor runs 4 cut boggers would rock but a dana 60 would be a must lol

Yeah I'm doing 1 tons.  I still got a lot coming up for that build, as far as the suspension.

I may use the hawgs as road tires, and find a set of boggers for comps and play. But I want directional control in the mud

I don't have a trailer or tow vehicle, so I have to drive to events

Better invest in a trailer and tow rig as soon as you can, breaking and trying to fix it right away just to get home is gonna get old quick !

Jthomas

Yup that's for sure. Damn tires will cost me a car. And plus I'm not even done with the truck. Lol

4x4xdodgeman

run boggers all the way around. don't wast time and $$$$ with tsl. boggers will turn in the mud.

mutt truck

Just me but I would work on the trailer and tow rig first... I've had to leave my rig stranded before when I used s tow bar and it sucks trying to get it all fixed up at someones property during the week away from your tools. Them u can worry about tires. Imo

Jthomas

Oh well.  Tires first, or else I'd have no reason to take it anywhere.

I'll eventually figure somthing out. Till then, I'll keep driving.

My rig happened in stages... gota have the transport first then u can work on up grades, like better beaters said you may not have the best or what u want but it will get there. It just takes time my friend.

Jthomas

How much heavier would a 42" tractor be over a 42" bogger

BAD APPLE

I cut my hawgs like the second pic works good but befor this year starts I'm cuting out the front part of the lug and scooping them out to get a little more out if them they work good right now with out the centers if the bar. You cans kinda see in the third picture I cut a few of the lugs the way the hole tire will be when I'm done
no rest for the wicked

Jthomas

That looks really nice, I'm still debating on going that route up front. I like the pattern.
