YEAH THAT'S WHAT I WAS SAYING LOL. I'D TEST AND TUNE AT SOME SMALL BOGS ON THE THREE WEEKENDS BEFORE TGW. I MIGHT BEABLE TO PLAY IN THE SWAMP BY MY OLE LADY'S PARENTS HOUSE

I know that's what I want to get, but with my financial situation I think I'm going to be forced to just run the 203 for now. 203 is still a decent tcase though, right?

it feels like more than that, i can carry my 205 fairly easy compared to a 203 lol.

Well I'm putting motor trans and tcase in all in one shot with a cherry picker lol.

Motor and trans won't be a problem, you might have to do t case from under neath.
203 should be fine till you can get a 205, it just have as good of gear reduction as the 205. I think a 205 is just a lil bit better.
It all takes time, and of course depending on how you want to eventually build it up to, $. Eventually u find what you want and or something better and then you are back to rebuilding it again.

Just picked up some uprights tonight. Getting an Edlebrock performer intake and a couple of qjet carbs tomorrow. My buddy gave me an aluminum 15 gallon fuel cell with fuel level sensor on it.

Nothing wrong with a 203 I ran one for years.  People don't like them but I never had any issues.    Ended up picking up 2 spares for free. Same gear ratio as 205 but chain driven instead if gear, but the chain in the 203 is a monster
